College of California in San Francisco. He is an anarchist community
organizer working to build resistance to grand juries and other tools of
state repression and social control.
Ra Ravishankar is a graduate student at the University of Illinois at
Urbana-Champaign.
Saadia Toor is a paid pontificator and an unpaid poet. She
lives in a 1986 Toyota Tercel stationwagon.
Originally from Karachi, Sahar Shafqat teaches political science at St. Mary's College of Maryland.
Shefali Chandra believes that every major war of the 21st
century will be staged because 1st world breeders are running
out of resources. Please adopt, she says, if you must
universalise your bourgeois values. In her mind she lives in
an unnamed world historical city that does not exist.

Umeeta Sadarangani is an Associate Professor of English at Parkland College in Champaign, Illinois, and is also an artist who actively displays and sells her work in Champaign-Urbana.
